Return Policy

At Caribbean Monk, we work hard to provide you with a top-notch product of your choosing. However, you can email us at enquiries@caribbeanmonk.com if you are unhappy with the order you received for any reason. 

What is the T-shirt exchange policy at Caribbean Monk?

 

You can request a return for a product from your Orders Page if you’re dissatisfied with it or need a different size.

Once the returned item(s) have been received, they will be examined, and credits for the value of the returned goods will be added to your Caribbean Monk Wallet. (Handling fees for Cash on Delivery are not refundable.) After that, you can use these credits to make a fresh order.

Items will have to be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery. 

What kind of checks are conducted for returned goods?

 

We inspect products to make sure they are undamaged and in the same state as when they were shipped to you. Clothing items that have tags should still have the brand tags attached; items that have had their tags removed show use and cannot be returned.

 

How long will it take to process the return?

We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your home once you request a return. Only the pin codes that our courier partners support for reverse pickups are eligible for this reverse pickup service. You must continue to maintain the item(s) packaged and prepared for pickup with all accessories and tags intact.

We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

 

What if Reverse Pickups do not support my pincode?

 

We ask that you self-ship the item to us. On your next purchase, you will receive 100 Rupees off once we share a coupon code with you.

 

How can I mail the things myself?

 

For the sake of preventing loss or damage during transportation, please pack the things securely. All products must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all of their original tags and packing.

Can I receive a reimbursement for a return in my bank account?

 

Refunds for prepaid orders can be transferred to the same bank account, card, or wallet that the original payment was made from, or they can be given back as credits in your Caribbean Monk wallet. Only requests for bank transfers are permitted for a period of up to seven days after the return is given.

Refunds for orders paid for with cash on delivery will only be given in the form of wallet credits from Caribbean Monk.

Can I return a portion of a larger order of goods?

 

You may return a portion of your transaction, but any discounts, coupons, or package deals that you used will not be taken into account when processing your return.

 

According to Caribbean Monk’s exchange policy, which products cannot be returned or exchanged?

 

Print-on-demand products include face masks, phone covers, coffee mugs, DTG T-shirts, coasters, posters, fridge magnets, and headphones. Once you place an order, goods are produced specifically for you and on demand, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

For reasons of cleanliness, we do not accept returns or exchanges for boxer shorts and socks. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges for badges, stickers, or pins.

Additionally, we won’t accept exchanges or returns for pre-ordered items or items purchased through special promotions like mystery t-shirts, unless it is clearly stated that the item cannot be returned or exchanged

What is the boxer short exchange policy at Caribbean Monk?

 

For reasons of cleanliness, we do not accept returns or exchanges for inner wear.

What are the Caribbean Monk’s Sock Exchange Rules?

 

For reasons of sanitation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for socks.

I was sent the wrong or damaged item. How do I go about it?

 

Please note the issue or defect in your order when requesting a return from your Orders page.

 

Can I change my mind before my order ships?

 

If your order hasn’t been processed at our office yet, you can cancel it from your Orders page. Every working day, orders are typically handled by 11 AM.

 

If I cancel my Prepaid order, would I receive a refund?

 

If you have requested to cancel your order using the aforementioned procedure, we will, upon request, return your prepayment. Within 10 working days, refunds will be performed using the original method of payment.

 

Is there a maximum number of returns of a single item allowed?

 

Yes, you are only allowed to return the same item twice. In the event that the Returns process is misused, we retain the right to refuse a return.
