SHIPPING AND TRACKING

1. Where is my order, how can I track it?

We will send notifications through e-Mail,Whatsapp and SMS with an order tracking link. You can also track your order from
your account on Caribbean Monk website by selecting “Orders” and clicking on “Track Order”

2. Do I have to pay for Shipping charges?

All prepaid orders above Rs.499 will be shipped at free of cost. We will charge a shipping charge of Rs.40 for orders below
Rs.499.
For Cash on Delivery orders an additional handling charge of Rs.50 per 500 grams(approximately 2 t-shirts) is incurred.

3. How long should I wait to receive my order?

Once shipped out from our warehouse in Mumbai, deliveries usually happen within 1-4 working days in Metros & 4-7
working days in other locations across India

4. My product was undelivered. What should I do next?

All undelivered products are returned to us by our courier partners. Once received we will initiate a full refund amount for
the undelivered product in 4-5 business days

5. I need an urgent delivery of the order. How can I seek help?

6. The Caribbean monk t-shirt I love is out of stock for my size. How can I win my love?
We ensure our stock is replenished once its over. You can leave your email address in the dialogue box that pops up when you try to add an item that’s out of stock to your cart to receive an email notification as soon as it’s back in stock. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. What is Caribbean monk’s return policy on purchased products?

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received or would need a size change, please request for return in our
Orders page.
Kindly note that we accept return on items only within 15 days of delivery.
Items will have to be unused.
Once the item(s) are received back, a check will be done and we will issue a refund to the source account.

2. I received a defective product. What do I do?
We at Caribbean monk prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a defective product, kindly send us images at cc@Caribbeanmonk.com. Once confirmed by the Customer care team, we will arrange for product collection and initiate the refund process back to your source account. In case of Cash on Delivery(COD) orders the refund amount will be paid to you by the courier partner’s team.
3. I don’t want a refund. I want to exchange my product.

Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse once the returned product has been picked from your end.
Exchange orders are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India.

We use 100% high quality cotton fabric which is soft and comfy for our other products. Any shrinkage will be ensured to be
withing industry norms

2. What sizes do you have?

Our size range is from upper wear is from XXS to XXXL. Please check the size chart on each product page and compare it to
our sizes to get the perfect fit.
For lower wear please check the size chart on each product page and follow the instructions to ensure you select the best
fit.

3. What are the washing instructions for Caribbean monk products?

•We recommend hand washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water to experience the highest durability
•If machine washing, wash inside-out in cold water on gentle/normal cycles
•Wash with like colours as garments may experience normal colour bleeding
•Do not iron the print
•Do not bleach or tumble dry at high temperatures
