How long till my order is delivered?
On all working days, orders placed before 8:30 AM often leave our warehouse the same day (Mon-Sat).
Orders placed after a certain time, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday are processed and dispatched the following business day.
Depending on your location, deliveries typically take place between 5-7 working days after being shipped out from our warehouse in Hosur.
The delivery of your item may require a little more time if your shipping address is in a remote location that is difficult for standard courier services to reach.
The delivery time may extend by a few days in the event of unforeseeable events like strikes, natural catastrophes, acts of God, or intergalactic riots.
How can I trace my purchase?
Once your item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to the courier’s tracking page.
You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.
Do check your e-mail spam folder in case you can’t find the email from us.
Do you have to pay shipping?
Free Shipping is available across India on all Prepaid orders over Rs. 499!
All orders under Rs. 499 will incur a Rs. 60 shipping fee.
Orders made through Cash On Delivery (COD) will have an extra handling fee of Rs. 50 per 500 grams (approximately 2 t-shirts). Before you submit your order, this price is computed depending on the weight of your basket and shown on the checkout page. What if the size I want of a product is temporarily unavailable?
We typically restock our stock as quickly as we can. To receive an email notification as soon as an item is back in stock, enter your email address in the dialogue box that appears when you attempt to add an out-of-stock item to your cart.
